1 工作原理(li)

  冷水(shui)機的(de)工作原理是(shi)蒸氣壓縮式制(zhi)冷(leng),也即是(shi)利用(yong)液(ye)態(tai)制(zhi)冷(leng)劑汽(qi)化時(shi)吸熱(re),蒸汽(qi)凝結時(shi)放熱(re)的(de)原理進行(xing)制(zhi)冷(leng)的(de)。在制(zhi)冷(leng)技術(shu)中,蒸發(fa)是(shi)指液(ye)態(tai)制(zhi)冷(leng)劑達到沸(fei)騰(teng)時(shi)變(bian)成氣態(tai)的(de)過程。液(ye)態(tai)變(bian)成氣態(tai)必須從外界(jie)吸收熱(re)能(neng)才能(neng)實現,因此(ci)是(shi)吸熱(re)過程,液(ye)態(tai)制(zhi)冷(leng)劑蒸發(fa)汽(qi)化時(shi)的(de)溫度(du)叫做蒸發(fa)溫度(du),凝結是(shi)指蒸汽(qi)冷(leng)卻到等(deng)于(yu)(yu)或低于(yu)(yu)飽和溫度(du),使(shi)蒸汽(qi)轉化為液(ye)態(tai)。

3 部(bu)件構造

構成冷水機基本(ben)的(de)制冷(leng)系統主要有四(si)大部件:壓縮機、蒸發器、冷(leng)凝(ning)器、膨脹閥(fa)。另外,為了改善(shan)制冷(leng)系統的(de)性(xing)能,達(da)到更好(hao)的(de)使用性(xing)能,通(tong)常(chang)還有不少(shao)輔助器件:液體管路電磁閥(fa)、視液鏡、液體管道(dao)干(gan)燥過濾器、高低壓力控制器等。下面對冷水機的構(gou)造組成部件一一介紹:

1、壓縮機

冷水機(ji)系(xi)統中,壓縮機(ji)是保證制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)的(de)動力,利用壓縮機(ji)增(zeng)加系(xi)統內制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)的(de)壓力,使(shi)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)劑(ji)在制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)系(xi)統內循環(huan),達到制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)冷(leng)目的(de)。壓縮機(ji)按其結構分為三類:開啟(qi)式(shi)、半封(feng)閉式(shi)、全封(feng)閉式(shi)。在工業冷(leng)水機設備中大部(bu)分冷凍(dong)用水0℃以上冷水機都是采(cai)用全封閉式壓縮機(ji),冷凍用水0℃以下的低溫(wen)型冷水機都是采(cai)用半封閉式(shi)(shi)(shi)壓縮機(常見有螺桿式(shi)(shi)(shi)和往(wang)復式(shi)(shi)(shi)),而開啟式(shi)(shi)(shi)冷水機一(yi)(yi)般是(shi)用(yong)在(zai)制(zhi)冷劑是(shi)氨的(de)(de)制(zhi)冷系統(tong)中(zhong)。全(quan)封(feng)閉制(zhi)冷壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)種壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)與電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)一(yi)(yi)起(qi),裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)一(yi)(yi)個密閉鐵(tie)殼內(nei)(nei)形成的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)個整(zheng)體。從(cong)外表看只有壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)吸(xi)排氣(qi)管接(jie)頭和(he)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)導(dao)線;壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)殼分為上下(xia)(xia)兩(liang)部(bu)分,壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)入后,上下(xia)(xia)鐵(tie)殼用(yong)電(dian)(dian)焊焊接(jie)成一(yi)(yi)體。平時不能拆卸,因此(ci)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)器使用(yong)可(ke)(ke)靠。在(zai)全(quan)封(feng)閉制(zhi)冷壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong),又有活塞(sai)型壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)渦(wo)旋式壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)。全(quan)封(feng)閉渦(wo)旋式制(zhi)冷壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)它的(de)(de)構(gou)造(zao)主要由下(xia)(xia)列各項組(zu)成:旋轉式進、出口閥門;壓(ya)(ya)力(li)表接(jie)口;內(nei)(nei)置(zhi)(zhi)式過載保護;彈性機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)座(zuo);曲軸箱加(jia)熱器;內(nei)(nei)置(zhi)(zhi)式潤滑油泵。渦(wo)旋式制(zhi)冷壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)大(da)的(de)(de)優(you)點是(shi):1結構(gou)簡單(dan):壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)體僅(jin)需2個部(bu)件(動(dong)盤、定盤)就可(ke)(ke)代替活塞(sai)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)的(de)(de)15個部(bu)件;2高(gao)效:吸(xi)氣(qi)氣(qi)體和(he)變換處理氣(qi)體是(shi)分離的(de)(de),以減少吸(xi)氣(qi)和(he)處理之間的(de)(de)熱傳遞,可(ke)(ke)以提高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)效率。渦(wo)旋壓(ya)(ya)縮過程(cheng)和(he)變換過程(cheng)都是(shi)非常安靜的(de)(de)。

 

2、冷凝器

 

制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)系統(tong)的高(gao)溫高(gao)壓氟里昂從壓縮機(ji)出(chu)(chu)來(lai)后進入冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)中,向冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)介質(zhi)釋放出(chu)(chu)大(da)量(liang)熱(re)量(liang),被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)液化。那么(me),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)按其冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)形式(shi)(shi)(shi)可分為三大(da)類型:水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、風(feng)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、蒸發式(shi)(shi)(shi)及淋(lin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。2-1、水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)式(shi)(shi)(shi):在水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)式(shi)(shi)(shi)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)中,制冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)劑(ji)放出(chu)(chu)熱(re)量(liang)被冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)帶走。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)可以一次流過,也可以循(xun)環(huan)使用(yong)。當使用(yong)循(xun)環(huan)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)時,需要有冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)(que)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)塔或冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)池。水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)有殼管式(shi)(shi)(shi)、套(tao)管式(shi)(shi)(shi)、沉浸式(shi)(shi)(shi)等結構形式(shi)(shi)(shi)。水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)式(shi)(shi)(shi)冷水機用(yong)的(de)冷(leng)凝(ning)器常(chang)用(yong)的(de)是(shi)殼(ke)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)式(shi)(shi)(shi)冷(leng)凝(ning)器,外殼(ke)采用(yong)5mm以上厚度之鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)制(zhi)成(cheng),經防(fang)銹處(chu)理,耐壓20Kg/平方(fang)厘(li)米。熱(re)(re)交換(huan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)采用(yong)高效率之高效無縫(feng)紫銅管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan),耐壓10Kg/平方(fang)厘(li)米,兩端蓋可(ke)互換(huan)以變更接(jie)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)方(fang)向,水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)流程多(duo)回路,各臺冷(leng)凝(ning)器者與(yu)壓縮機容(rong)量互相配合,其總熱(re)(re)傳導系數應能(neng)容(rong)許0.00005Kcal/h.平方(fang)厘(li)米℃-1結垢因子,冷(leng)凝(ning)器水(shui)(shui)壓降不超(chao)過6.5mAq,直(zhi)通式(shi)(shi)(shi)水(shui)(shui)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)易清洗維護保養。2-2、風冷(leng)式(shi)(shi)(shi):在(zai)風冷(leng)式(shi)(shi)(shi)冷(leng)凝(ning)器中(zhong)(zhong),制(zhi)冷(leng)劑放出的(de)熱(re)(re)量被空氣(qi)帶走(zou)。它的(de)結構形式(shi)(shi)(shi)主要為若干組銅管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)所組成(cheng),由于空氣(qi)傳熱(re)(re)性能(neng)很差,故通常(chang)都在(zai)銅管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外增加肋片,以增加空氣(qi)側(ce)的(de)傳熱(re)(re)面積,同(tong)(tong)時(shi)采用(yong)通風機來(lai)加速(su)空氣(qi)流動,使空氣(qi)強制(zhi)對流以增加散熱(re)(re)效果(guo)。2-3、蒸發式(shi)(shi)(shi)及(ji)淋水(shui)(shui)式(shi)(shi)(shi):在(zai)這類冷(leng)凝(ning)器中(zhong)(zhong),制(zhi)冷(leng)劑在(zai)管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內冷(leng)凝(ning),管(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)外同(tong)(tong)時(shi)受(shou)到水(shui)(shui)及(ji)空氣(qi)的(de)冷(leng)卻(que)。

 

3、蒸發器

 

當制冷(leng)系統的(de)(de)氟里(li)昂液態進入膨脹閥節流后(hou)送入蒸發(fa)器,屬(shu)于汽化過程,這時(shi)候需要吸(xi)收(shou)大(da)(da)量熱量,使被(bei)冷(leng)卻(que)的(de)(de)價質溫(wen)度逐步降低,以達到(dao)制冷(leng)降溫(wen)的(de)(de)效果(guo)。那么(me),按其(qi)被(bei)冷(leng)卻(que)的(de)(de)介質種類可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)冷(leng)卻(que)液體(水)的(de)(de)蒸發(fa)器(干式蒸發(fa)器)和冷(leng)卻(que)空(kong)氣(qi)用的(de)(de)蒸發(fa)器(表冷(leng)式蒸發(fa)器)這兩大(da)(da)類。在這里(li)主要介紹的(de)(de)是冷水(shui)機制冷(leng)系統中所使(shi)用的蒸發器(qi),一般是為干式(shi)(shi)殼(ke)管(guan)(guan)(guan)式(shi)(shi)蒸發器(qi)。如圖,冷(leng)媒(mei)于(yu)熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換管(guan)(guan)(guan)內蒸發,水(shui)在殼(ke)管(guan)(guan)(guan)側流(liu)動,為增加熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換效(xiao)(xiao)率(lv),于(yu)殼(ke)管(guan)(guan)(guan)側設(she)2mm厚擋水(shui)板(ban)(ban)(ban),使(shi)水(shui)左右往復流(liu)動,達到(dao)冰鹵水(shui)產生之目(mu)的,容器(qi)外殼(ke)采用6mm厚度以上(shang)之鋼管(guan)(guan)(guan)制成,可耐壓10Kg/平方厘(li)米,外部以PE發泡板(ban)(ban)(ban)保溫。熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換管(guan)(guan)(guan)采用高效(xiao)(xiao)無(wu)縫紫(zi)銅管(guan)(guan)(guan),經壓花工藝(yi)加工成內螺紋肋管(guan)(guan)(guan),使(shi)其(qi)傳(chuan)熱(re)面積增加,并提(ti)高了(le)傳(chuan)熱(re)效(xiao)(xiao)能(neng),耐壓20Kg/平方厘(li)米;端(duan)(duan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)制作結構堅實(shi),熱(re)交(jiao)(jiao)換管(guan)(guan)(guan)與端(duan)(duan)板(ban)(ban)(ban)為脹管(guan)(guan)(guan)式(shi)(shi)結合,并在端(duan)(duan)蓋內加隔板(ban)(ban)(ban)使(shi)冷(leng)媒(mei)分成多路流(liu)動,以保持冷(leng)凍油回流(liu),冷(leng)媒(mei)液(ye)管(guan)(guan)(guan)及低壓管(guan)(guan)(guan)均以工作閥連(lian)接(jie),其(qi)總(zong)熱(re)傳(chuan)導系數應能(neng)容許0.086M2℃/KW結垢(gou)因(yin)子,經蒸發器(qi)之水(shui)壓降(jiang)不超過6.5mAq。
